1. Who we are

This website supports registration and communications for Infineon Global Supplier Day 2026, hosted by Infineon Technologies AG ("Infineon", "we", "us").

The event is invite-only. Access to registration is provided through personalised invitation links sent to nominated supplier contacts.

2. What data we collect

When you register or respond to an invitation, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact details, such as your name, salutation, email address, phone number, company, and role.
  • Attendance choices, including whether you are attending, dinner and after-party preferences, food restrictions, and accessibility assistance requests.
  • Registration metadata, such as the date and time of your submission and your invitation token reference.
  • Legal consents, including compliance guidelines acceptance and photography or video recording preferences.
  • Operational records related to invitation, save-the-date, confirmation, and reminder emails sent to you.

3. Why we use your data

We process your personal data to manage the event and your participation. This includes:

  • Issuing and validating your invitation and registration.
  • Confirming attendance, preparing guest lists, and supporting on-site check-in.
  • Arranging catering, seating, and accessibility support where requested.
  • Sending event-related emails, including confirmations, updates, and reminders.
  • Managing event security, programme planning, and supplier communications.
  • Maintaining records for audit, reporting, and follow-up after the event.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data where necessary to manage your registration and participation in an event you have been invited to attend. This includes performance of pre-contractual steps at your request and Infineon's legitimate interests in organising a secure, well-run supplier event.

Where we rely on consent, such as for photography or video recording, you may withdraw that consent by contacting the event team. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place.

5. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted parties only where needed to deliver the event, including:

  • Infineon personnel and authorised event organisers involved in planning and operations.
  • Venue, catering, and logistics partners who need guest details to provide services you have requested.
  • Technology providers that host the registration platform and send event emails on our behalf.

All such parties are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes described in this policy.

6. International transfers

Infineon operates globally. Your data may be accessed or processed in countries outside your home jurisdiction, including within the European Union and in Singapore for event delivery. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied to protect your information.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain registration and event communication records for as long as needed to administer the event, meet legal obligations, resolve enquiries, and maintain appropriate business records. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised in line with Infineon's retention practices.

8. How we protect your data

We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access to registration data is restricted to authorised administrators and systems required to operate the event.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the use of your personal data. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, or to ask questions about this policy, contact the event team at info@infineon.com.

10. Photography and video

During registration, you are asked whether you consent to photography and video recording at the event. The consent wording presented during registration is:

Hereby I give the consent to the taking of photographs and/or recording of video and audio of my person for the Infineon Global Supplier Day 2026 in Bangkok. The publication of the photographs, video and/or audio recordings as well as names in internal media, such as Infineon's intranet, external media, such as internet, social media, and brochures, without restriction as to time, place, or content. Infineon shall have the right to optimize and modify the photographs, video and/or audio recordings (cutting, montage, post-processing, or distortion). I grant Infineon all rights of use to the photographs, video and/or audio recordings for reproduction and distribution, including in electronic form, and for publication.

The purpose of this processing is the internal and external presentation of Infineon. I waive any payment of fees in any form and do not raise any claims. I expressly acknowledge Infineon may transfer any photos, videos and/or recordings to third parties and/or overseas parties where in accordance with this purpose.

Your response is stored with your registration and used to guide on-site communications practices. If you have questions or wish to update your preference, contact the event team before the event date.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the event, the registration process, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
